Admission to any of the RISE SPACE Provisions should first begin with a conversation with the young persons Special Educational Needs Co-Ordinator (SENDCO) and SEND Officer or Educational Care Co-Ordinator ECCHO, and school to where your young person may be on role (even if they are not currently attending) making them aware that you intend to explore RISE Programmes.
STEP 2
Contact hello@risespace.uk to discuss your young persons needs. Arrange a visit with your young person if they can manage it. If you wish to apply for a place make your SEND Officer aware.
STEP 3
Your SEND Officer will take the request to panel to consider Consultation. If approved RISE SPACE will be asked to see if they feel able to meet need. We will make contact and meet to explore provisions would be needed in the programme. This will be sent to panel for consideration.
STEP 4
Panel Meet ot make decision and notify all of the outcome.
STEP 5
If successful RISE SPACE will contact you to onboard the young person and plan personalised transition to the programme.
