How can we help?
• Build trusting relationships at a pace appropriate for the young person to help them reflect upon barriers to next steps and support the young person to overcome them.
• Vocationally profile young people and help build personal and soft skills, experiences or qualifications ready to explore future aspirations or suitable career opportunities at a pace and time that works for them.
• Devise transition plans to support young people to move from one thing to the next be it school, college, Apprenticeships, traineeships, further education or work.
How to access
Parents and Carers can access privately however we recommend contacting your school or local authority SEND Officer and requesting that they consider funding placement either at Secondary or Post 16. If deemed appropriate they may then consult with RISE SPACE to see if we are able to meet need.
Schools can access a space for a young person on role in their setting currently struggling to attend school. School can directly fund or speak to your local SEND Team about requesting funding from panel.To find out more, please contact us at
